Shipping & Returns

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. We pour in small batches, so during busy seasons it can take a little longer; if so, we’ll let you know by email.

• Standard shipping: $8 per order, anywhere in the United States. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (before tax and gift wrap).
• We currently ship within the United States only.

You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

If we’ve given you a local pickup code, enter it in your bag (“Have a local pickup code?”) and choose Local pickup at checkout. There’s no shipping charge, and we’ll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Gift wrap is $5 per item, and we bag items together where we can. Add a note at checkout and we’ll handwrite it.

Beeswax can soften in hot delivery trucks. In the height of summer we may hold shipments to avoid sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. If you’re not home, please bring your package inside promptly.

Beeswax tapers are delicate, and once in a while one breaks in the mail. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@kindleandhum.com within 7 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer. If a package is marked delivered but never arrived, let us know and we’ll help track it down.

• Unburned, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@kindleandhum.com first and we’ll reply with where to send them.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
• Once we receive the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping and gift wrap aren’t refundable.
• For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns of candles that have been burned.
